About Toronto House

Offering 1 Month Free on All Homes Toronto House is a joint venture between Westbank and Allied. Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, the project retains the visual integrity of the historic Southam Press building in its podium levels, while integrating a 58 story rental residential tower above. Toronto House is designed for the growing creative class that is defining Toronto -- one of North America’s fastest growing technology hubs. The workspace component of Toronto House is home to Thomson Reuter’s new Global Innovation Hub, who have made a significant long term commitment to Toronto and Canada. The project also contributes 464 contemporary homes for lease in the heart of Downtown Toronto. Each element speaks to a more creative and inspiring future for life and work – creative workspace, homes for flexible stays, our House Concepts fitness and wellness brand, and The Club House, an innovative members club on levels 57 and 58, all come together in a “collision zone” for inspiration.
