Great place to live!!
July 18, 2024It’s my third year living at this property, and I’ve lived in two of their communities now, Aspen and Elm. I have all good things to say. The apartments themselves are so spacious, offer in unit washer and dryers, and dishwashers. The maintence team has always helped me in such a timely manner, and everyone at the office has always been pleasant and answered any questions I’ve had. The app used for documents, paying rent, and submitting maintence requests is great and works very quickly. The ...resort style pool and gym are amazing amenities!! I highly recommend the Aspen or Elm communities for anyone in Indiana looking, you won’t regret it!!Property Manager Responded

Gorgeous apartment
June 25, 2024I've lived here for a year now and love it. Newly renovated units, gorgeous pool area, close to the school, and tons of restaurants. Basketball hoops, volleyball courts, a gym and tanning beds all are offered. Nice location and good place to live

Love the apartments here
