everyone) if tenants complain of noise, which does absolutely nothing to stop anyone from doing whatever they want. Management has been informed of the uselessness of sending emails to enforce lease rules, yet they still do it, I guess it's the bare minimal required to enforce rules, even if their enforcement does nothing. They have no weekend and weekday evening/nighttime support, at all, you have an issue that needs attention Friday night, no one will care until Monday morning, and then they will still do next to nothing about it except send an email to all tenants. The new landlord has already admitted to never being at home (he lives here) after he clocks out cause he doesnt want to be here after work. This is is a free-for-all do-whatever-you-want type of environment, so if you want to live in a place where you can sleep uninterrupted and know that you can rely on management to enforce basic quality-of-life rules, then look elsewhere, you arent going to find that here. Since I complained about their lack of rule enforcement, this year I was given the biggest rental price increase in 8~ years of living there. When I complained about the size of the increase, their response was that they could double my current increase if they want to... This place has gotten grungy to the point that people were writting CLEAN ME on the dirtiness of doors, I read CLEAN ME (and other notes) for 6~ weeks on that door, right next to the giant spiderweb on the inside of the hallway that lived in that hallway for a couple of months. This place never got that dirty years ago, plus the pool is a dumping ground, people leave their things in the pool all season instead of taking things home, management used to keep the pool areas looking nice...what has happened to this place I will take this review down if things change, it is now May 2018, if you are still reading this in 2019, 2020, 2021 or later, then you know this place hasn't improved and most likely has gotten worse.
