Poor business practices
May 28, 2025In a capitalist nation, the primary goal of any business is to make money—but there comes a point where that pursuit becomes neglectful, short-sighted, and ultimately unsustainable. During just one lease renewal, my rent was increased by $100, and I was suddenly required to pay for water and sewage—utilities that were previously included. In effect, I’m now paying more for less. That’s not just frustrating; it’s the definition of a bad investment. To make matters worse, the gym is poorly ...maintained, and the units themselves are clearly built with cheap materials, hardly justifying the premium price they’re asking. While the on-site staff is friendly and professional, the company behind them clearly prioritizes profit over people.Property Manager Responded

October 4, 2024During the move in inspection make sure that you make them pull the carpet up to inspect for stains. When you move out they pull the carpet up. if its stained you will be paying for new carpet.Property Manager Responded

Beware
August 16, 2022Once you pay the application fee you will receive a letter stating that the property is under construction and that they can not guarantee anything like the move-in date or the rent price. So basically they want you to pay the application fee plus another $300 to hold the apartment without knowing when you can move in or what the rent will be, so they can charge you whatever rent they want once it is time to sign the lease. Pretty insane. Also, they are not easy to get in contact with and take a ...few days to reply to emails, they are also not very helpful when they do respond, terrible customer service, I had a few emails with the lady, and then she just stopped emailing me and now the apartment I applied for is back on the site, basically, they could care less about you, they will just move on to the next person they can get money out of.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
