    July 20, 2015
    I selected bear grounds because it was close to the Baylor campus. It has a 12 min walk to the BSB and a 7 min walk to fountain mall. The neighborhood is fairly safe, other than the dairy queen on LaSalle that gets robbed 3X a year. Parking is easy and you don't need to buy a sticker, so any guest of yours will be happy to park on site. Brandi is very courteous and helpful at the front desk and the maintenance is quick and polite. Internet and cable are part of the rent and the electivity prices ...
    are very fair. Only 4 of 5 stars because they do not accept packages at front desk, so you have to pick them up at the UPS store. Overall, very happy with my home.
