Villa Del Rey Apartments

lease on the 1st but couldn't move in until later on in the week, there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and when they were done fixing it, they left a mess I had to clesn up, I didn't even have an a/c moving in then later on, it started leaking and messed up my carpet, my fridge did not work and it took them a month and half to give me a new one and one of the maintenance men told me to my face that they cleaned it at home with a waterhose. I understand the apartment was as is but come on. Atleast make it liveable and have some type of respect. How would you feel if someone disrespected you everytime you had a problem with your home to the point you didn't want to say anything because it was too much of a hassle? After the first 6 months, I was already planning to move somewhere else. I had enough. So again, if you have a family, do not move there but if you are rarely going to be home and need a place to stay, then go ahead but be prepared.
