November 12, 2020I just moved in and I’m absolutely in LOVE. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I need some very minor Mantience work and it was taken care of as soon as I reported it. “DAVID P” the Mantience employee is the goat. I have NO issues.Property Manager Responded

Low income affordable
September 21, 2015I live in a 1 bedroom paying $700 I have a washer/ dryer and detached garage and garden tub! Property is very convient to the either 45s or 45n! 12 min away from Bush Airport. 20min away from the woodlands. You call for maintenance the issue is fixed within the next 24-48 he's if it's not an emergency if it is than with in a 1hr or 2! Property could be cleaner as far as trash and kids should be more mindful and cautious of cars.
