How To improve Villa Todd Apt.

I have lived at Villa Todd apartments for about 4 years and as long as I have lived many things can be improved upon The heaters are very old falling apart, plumbing needs repair. The courtyard the same since the 50's and is in disarray. Good points new windows and location. Rent is very expensive in Denver right now so you take what you can get when if you are struggling renter like me.
