January 16, 2025I really appreciate the caring of the maintenance team hear for during one of the service calls while I was napping they came in here in my apartment and noticed right away of the gas smell in which they found the leak and took care of the problem immediately. The leak was coming from the fixture behind the dryer. I really appreciate their quick act for that could have been a very bad ending of my life if they hadn't respond at the moment that they did. November 25, 2024I have just been here 2 weeks as from the day of this review so take that into consideration. So far management has been cordial, prompt in their responses, excellent. My apartment is very clean and I do my best to maintain it that way. No roaches and bugs. Some of apt appliances were out of order but was resolved as soon as I reported it. Just as we are keen on giving negative feedback when management is terrible, we should be eager to give the praises when they do their job properly. Kudos to ...the management at villas at 6300. November 19, 2024I have a wrong statement from October with a pending balance that I paid I have the paper from Walmart that zi paid unfair charge from rental insurance that I have since the day I moved here. But Marco and property management kept me informed and helped make sure I didn't change my mind and go elsewhere and worked with me to get into an apartment. Coming from a different state I had my dates set amd did loose the job I did have lined up out there but I'm confident I will be able to get something quick. I'm thankful for the overall team effort to get me in. Apartment was freshly painted and ...everything renovated.
