Amazing Property Manager and Maintainence Manager!
February 23, 2024Let’s start with Yolanda the property manager. She is great! We were relocating from out of state and she made the process seamless! She always has a positive attitude, even when dealing with what I perceived as a large overwhelming workload. She is very pleasant in her communication and very thorough and proactive. Tommy the maintenance manager is just the same! There were a few move-in items that needed attention and Tommy was on it! He is always helpful and cheerful. They make a perfect team ...for this property and should be recognized for their awesome customer service and management of this property. Lastly the grounds here are beautiful,relaxing and quiet. November 13, 2022Very nice property, VERY quiet, but there is literally harassment from management if anything in your back yard is visible, or if it's too messy (they walk by and look in between the wall and gate) They will evict you if you are a few days late on rent even if you paid rent early or on time for years. They act like your bff until you do something they do not like then its attitude and silent treatment. The poor maintenance guy handles 120 units ALONE. Our rent went up almost 1000 in 2 years. Beautiful property!
April 11, 2022We've been here since November 2021. From the moment I walked into Kristina's (manager) office she made me feel welcome and was very helpful! We just moved from WA and it was literally the worst day I've had in a long time! Kristina could tell I was having a rough day so she did everything possible to help me, from applying, answering my many emails and phone calls, to getting us in our apartment! It was a great experience. Tommy who is the property maintenance supervisor is always so helpful ...and pleasant. Property is well maintained, very clean, and quiet. June 7, 2019I recently moved into Villas at Chandler Heights and absolutely love it here. I rented it before seeing it and can easily say it's exactly how described. The neighborhood is great and quiet. I love how the apartments feel like a home with a nice sized backyard. Kristina, the leasing manager is amazing. She has made the move-in process very easy and answers all my questions quickly and professionally. Definitely a great choice for a home.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
June 6, 2019I recently moved into the Villas at Chandler Heights. The process to rent was smooth and Kristina, the Leasing Manager is amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is satisfactory. I rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Villa and am very pleased with all the room I have. Covered parking/garage is a plus.
