The worst apartment I been in
August 15, 2018This is my first apartment and the worst one I hate that I moved here my a/c was working for about 2 weeks than went out I been here every since April up until now no one haven’t did anything I called in called they send someone out but he didn’t do anything but smoke on the job my sick is leaking in my master bedroom my tub is pilling in both bathrooms now i has holds in my apartment more than 7 the patio doors are not properly able to lock I didn’t have a stove or a refrigerator in when I moved ...in I didn’t have it for about at least 2 weeks I’m still paying full months rent and nothing is being done they said they have a basketball court but it look like trash the pool they lied about it’s closed they need fresh paint through the hold apartments building they need to be gated because I don’t feel safe because anyone are allowed to enter that don’t even stay here it need to be under new property management and new maintenance I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here they need to be closed down until they get everything situated..it trash all over the ground I can go on in on...Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Poor leasing management
July 31, 2018I have been here 5 months and I am ready to pack up and run as far as I can they never fix any issuers the day I moved in the carpet was full of pet hair i had to get new carpet i keep a Very clean home but yet they have pest and the pest control does not do anything they do not keep the maintence up on the apartments at all my air has went out twice alreadyReview from Apartments.com
Awful!!! I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone
August 10, 2017They don't care about their tenants. I have lived out here for 3 years with a leaking ceiling in my living room,pantry and 1 of my bedrooms. They still have not completely fix it. Just painted over Sheetrock and place a bucket in my living room. Oh and place plastic on the roof. Next Rachet! Loud and nasty neighbors that urine, eat and sit all hours in breezeway. Making loud noise, wresting, smoking and drinking. Kids out all night. Throwing dirt on cars and trash. My husbands car was hit and tag ...stolen twice. My car was keyed. Made numerous complaints and property managers did nothing. Roaches coming from others apartments. Dishwasher stays bagged up. Stair rail broke as my husband was coming down and cause him to fall down stairs. They did nothing. No compensation for nothing. Not even I apologize note. They are not open on Saturdays. Washer/Dryer to use is $1.50 per load and they only have 6. They rarely follow up when you make a compliant. Rats infested. Grounds always nasty and they do not have a truincy officer.
