Terrible management
May 2, 2024The local management ranges from unhelpful to incompetent. The corporate management is RPM Living, and I would encourage you to look them up on BBB to see the hundreds of complaints. You will be double-billed because they cannot do their books correctly; your car will be towed at random; alternatively, your car will be broken into in the parking lot; your apartment will be filled with roaches and other bugs; your pipes will be continually clogged; your water will constantly be off; your ...appliances will break; you’ll hear constant noise in your paper-thin walls; you will see piles of trash in the street; you will be surrounded by mold. And all the while you will be dealing with local and corporate management that is a nightmare to work with.Property Manager Responded

Secluded in the City
April 17, 2024I chose Vista North for its prime location in the heart of North Tampa, near many shops and attractions, off of the main roads. It is between Bearss and Fletcher, so you don't have that traffic coming right in front of the complex you would if you were right off those streets. The staff is very helpful and can address any problems. Come visit Irma and Leahe here and enjoy the tree-lined beauty of Vista North.Property Manager Responded

A true nightmare
May 31, 2022Most of the neighbors are disrespectful and disgusting. The dumpers overflow every time someone moves out and every weekend. There's food and trash everywhere, shattered beer bottles and chicken bones. Neighbors have no regard for quiet hours, and neither does the lawncare company the community uses. There are constantly people just loitering in cars or sitting on the sidewalk drinking beer on the phone for hours at a time. The neighbors themselves are so terrible that when a new playground was ...delivered they stole nutts and bolts so it took several extra weeks for it to get set up. November 1, 2019This apartments are trash please don’t be fooled be the picture because the pool does not look like at all. It’s dirty and everybody in the area can be in it but the people who live here. I hate it here and I’m so glad I moved away and again it’s been robbery and kills in it too and the apartment does not I mean does not look like that at all and if anything breaks you have to pay for it smh you pay for keys if you loose them 75 dollars a piece just for a copy smh so please don’t move I’m because ...you will be moving outProperty Manager Responded

February 23, 2018Do not rent here. Do not do it! They are infested with roaches. All the kids in the complex run around with ZERO supervision. The office never answers the phone. They do not repair things you ask to get fixed. The pest control man is perpetually "running late and will be here tomorrow". Now, they are trying to tell us we didn't pay rent for this month. Not once, but twice! I fixed it with the manager and now AGAIN they say we didn't pay rent. The palms at cedar trace!
October 12, 2015The apartments could be painted a little better on the outside and they are not gated but don't let that stop you , It has a lot of open space! I love the fact I'm able to sit in my living room and see a closed kitchen but from the dinning room area I'm able to see my breakfast bar with a nice open view of the kitchen .I also get wonderful lighting from my living room glass sliding door ! For a one bedroom its very comfortable and enjoyable.All their units INSIDE have washer and dyer connections ...and their own personal utility room that fit full loaded washers and dryers not only is that hard to find in apartments now a days but its very convenient! Speak About it being convenient we are located in the heart of Tampa Bay, right next to University of South Florida! Bus lines are directly in front of these apartments , Bearss Ave, Bruce B Downs, Nebraska Ave, Fletcher Ave, & I-275 puts you just minutes away from great attractions such as University Mall,(down the street) University Hospital, Peabody's Billiards, Cracker Barrel, SoHo Sushi & Busch Gardens/Adventure Island. October 10, 2015This is a great apartment if you like to live around a lot of stores and restaurants. walking distance from almost every store and restaurant, and is down the street from the mall. Great community. The apartments are very spacious and roomy, living room and dining room area is very nice, bathroom area is nice plus there is washer and dryer in every apartment too. Nice Patio area outside, lots of space for parking, and great pool area.
