The management does nothing to enforce the rules. Trailer park trash have moved in and they have garbage all over the parking lot. They allow broken down cars to fill the parking lot although signs for towing are everywhere. The garbage dumpster is constantly over filled and not picked up because tenants move it to park and never put it back so garbage piles up for days. Mailboxes are open and constantly have people stealing mail and they constantly lie about putting in a new locked mailbox. The ...
