February 9, 2025Washington Quarters is a wonderful community filled with friendly neighbors and opportunities to see beautiful wildlife with all the woodlines, pond and trees. We enjoy the amenities and the quietness of the neighborhood. The community is close to a variety of restaurants and shopping yet tucked away to allow you to feel away from all the hassle and bustle. Staff is friendly, helpful and always available. I can't say enough wonderful things about them from the office staff to the maintenance ...department. December 1, 2024I love the Washington Quarters Apartment community! I've been living here for more than a year and I couldn't be happier. Kind, courteous service--both from the front desk as well as Maintenance--they all respond quickly and efficiently. This is a quiet community surrounded by oodles of trees. After looking at many apartments in this area, once I found WQ, I knew I was home. On the west side of Avon, right across from the Avon Police Department, it is a perfect location--easy access to all ...the stores, etc., yet quietly tucked away from the hustle and bustle.
