The owners are compulsive liers when it comes to ownership of property and show favoritism to people of their own race by charging other tenants differant rates than others because of race. That makes me think there charing me more to cover the rates of others and if so thats not right or fair. The picture on the front page of Washington square is a lie thats false advertisement if you dont believe me come see for yourself and ask around majority tenants will tell you all the apts have major issues that need to be dealt with before anyone else decides to move in. They have a several apt named oak villa that they make sure is up to date and nicer than these at washington square and rain tree and the one's sit on bush and 30th behind burger king bc its closer to busch garden's which are worth more money than these but still have issues over there too. I rate these apts a 4 bc of lack of maintenance and ownership by owners so before you consider Washington square as somewhere you'd like to start or raise a family or even jus consider your residence plz plz plz do your reasearch dont want anyone else to end up betrayed and hurt because they feel they've been taken advantage of.
