February 12, 2021The list goes on and on and on.. and on more. Here are a few reasons: -No flexibility with maintenance scheduling, you're lucky if they show up at all. They will tell you they cant fix anything because none of them are licensed or properly trained. They are literally handymen. -MOLD! MOLD! MORE MOLD! -Bugs -Mice/Rats -Barley any Heat if at all - you will always be cold in the winter. Avg temp is 50 degrees. -NO AC, NO laundry, NO parking -Ceilings are caving in -Holes in the floor -You can hear ...your neighbors sneeze, cough, have sex, everything! -Outlets have tiny fires inside. -2 out of 5 outlets work -DONT lock yourself out of your apartment! -Nothing is secure, no security cameras, hall lights are always out, building entrance has no lock. -Poor instillation of doors & windows, very easy to break into. SO MUCH MORE! Save yourself the headache and don't move here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
