live. You will never get a wink of sleep or peace in this place. Cops are always getting called here. Just last week someone was stabbed. The “cameras” don’t even work. The only functioning cameras in the whole building are my own PERSONAL security cameras. This place is a Disgusting disaster. If there was an option to put videos&pictures, I would show you all the pics&videos I have for everything I’m mentioning. Roaches &mice EVERYWHERE. The common areas are always dirty with trash Or filthy unwanted furniture. People smoking drugs&cigarettes in the hallways.Homeless ppl sleeping in the hallway. Crackheads screaming at all hours of the night outside the windows tryna get the attention of the drug dealers that live there. People have parties EVERYDAY ALL NIGHT. music at all hours of the day and night that you can hear on ALL floors. Management will make you pay for parking and then people who don’t pay will take up all the parking spaces and management won’t do anything. You will pay for parking just to park on the street. If Something is broken or if there is a leak or whatever it is be prepared to wait at least 3 weeks for them to “look at it “ then another 3 weeks for them to come and fix it” (poorly fixed I might add) Because the Mantiance guy is busy getting high with the crack head Tenets. Management is horrendous. Property manager Not fit for this job. She doesn’t not fix a problem or do anything. She just says Okay and ignores you. All she wants is for you to sign the lease and she wipes her hands
