weird application process
April 30, 2025I found my experience trying to get an initial showing to be quite annoying. They don’t give tours until you fill out an application and even then will refuse to give a tour if you don’t meet their move in by date needs. I’ve applied other places , Had tours beforehand and secured a unit by putting down a deposit with anticipated move in of a few months out. This property came off inconsiderate by not getting back to me about my application and when I called to follow up. telling me my move in ...date was too far and asking if I would break my lease. So tenants are expected to pay fees to move in , pay fees to move to this property and pay fees to break a lease and after all that still no offer to at least tour at the bare minimum.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 28, 2025First and foremost Joe from the Corvo team is the crème de la crème , immaculate, professional, high character, honorable and champion in his craft. Best person we’ve ever encountered during a home search process. Secondly: the place is beautiful, great location, next to all your necessities, state of the art technology, the homes are so clean & pristine you can eat off the floor lol (brand new building). Whether you want breakfast, lunch or dinner there’s a variety of places to dine. Daycare ...is 5 minutes away, gas station diagonally across the street, supermarket down the street , I mean everything a tenant needs is around you. Thirdly: never ever hesitate or second guess this property. If your cool, calm, collected and want to live comfortable…..
