January 22, 2021We have been living in this complex for more than 4 years and it is very convenient, we save a lot on expenses such as wifi, heating and electricity. MaryAnn is amazing, they are so caring and wonderful. It is close to everything and in a very central point near the city. Any damaged equipment is replaced immediately. SO MUCH MAIL THEFT
December 8, 2020All year, there have been a couple who do not live in the building coming in and stealing everyone's packages. The management office has known about this, but they've hardly done anything to stop it. Police are involved and have advised them several times to figure out a better system for delivering mail packages (they currently leave everything out in the lobby for anyone to take), but the issue still is not fixed. 7 packages of mine have been stolen, never returned. Great location wonderful staff
August 11, 2015Anytime I had a problem or concern, the staff responded appropriately. Whether it be a leak or noisy neighbors they took care of it. It's also located to nearby to food shopping and other great neighborhoods. Parking can be frustrating at times but pay extra to get a garage space. Been here closer to 4 years and still enjoy. Close to work and grocery and all major interstates. Nice place for a starter couple or small family.Review from Apartments.com

August 3, 2015I have been living in my Westbrook apartment for 6 months. I love my building complex. I am located near a main intersection therefore public transportation is easy to access. Great Place to Start In!
July 21, 2015This apartment is a great place to start in. This was my first place after moving out of my parent's house. All utilities are included, except electricity. That's a huge relief on my finances! I wish the units were a bit more updated, but overall, it's a nice place to live!Review from Apartments.com
