July 30, 2020This is the worst place I've ever been, and I used to live in the fairborn apartments. The units are falling apart, my sink leaks, the heat in the winter is a joke, most of the outlets don't work but good luck telling the landlord that. You're better off fixing it yourself, she's a joke, wouldn't even take care of the roach problem from the new tenants which is why I left, they were so bad they came into my side! So I highly don't recommend this disgusting joke of a place ran by children.Review from Apartments.com
