Wild Horse Mesa Apartments is a beautiful 3-story complex situated on 6.2 acres, offering spacious 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. Each apartment houses a washer/dryer, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, granite countertops, and LVP flooring in kitchen/dining and bathrooms. Our property offers access to the fitness center, recreation center, several pet waste stations, and seasonal pool for our residents to utilize as they please. Non-smoking, free reserved parking, pet-friendly*! Located just minutes from Main St., Wild Horse Mesa is close to dining, shopping, and recreational activities in town as well as many outdoor trails and parks that are sure to please! Causes for denial include an outstanding debt to a current/previous residence, eviction in the last 5 years and certain criminal convictions. An income requirement of 2.5x's the rent, combined household, is all the income you need to be approved!! Applications are required for everyone who is over the age of 18 and will be residing in the home. Application fees are $65/applicant. *Weight and Breed Restrictions include: 35lb weight limit for dogs; Chow, Doberman, Pitbull, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd breeds are restricted unless ESA/Service Animal Documentation is provided; Limit is 2 pets/apartment. $250/pet deposit, $20/pet/month pet rent.     This place is absolutely amazing! I have never felt more at home since being back in the south. The property management are the best I have ever worked with. They are a pleasure to be around.The neighbors are so nice and friendly. You will not be disappointed with establishing your family here. The apartments are kid and animal friendly and it just dosent get better than that. I could go on about this amazing apartment complex! You won't be disappointed! :)

    When getting the place, the greetings, the tour! It was a 5 star entree, the walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors putting dishes away and sometimes talk! If you live in the 2nd or 3rd floor plan you can hear walking, lots of noise complaints get turned in

    I had been looking for a place to rent for a while and when I came across Wild Horse Mesa there was no question this was the place for me. The brand new apartments are truely beautiful and work out facilities are mind blowing. Jonay is a straight superwoman that keeps everything rolling there and she seriously is AMAZING. I had the best renting experience of my life with her and her staff. You can’t go wrong with these apartments and people. 110% quality!!!
