March 26, 2026Since the management change, Willow Creek has made fantastic improvements. Ms. Ashley, the property manager, does an excellent job ensuring the rules are clear and tenants are well taken care of. I’ve been living here since 2022, and I’m finally getting issues fixed that the previous property owner never addressed or did quick fixes that didn’t fix the issue at hand just enough to keep you quiet ..I have no complaints at all—great job, Ms. Ashley!Review from Apartments.com

Love my APARTMENT!
July 28, 2025I just moved to Jonesboro for college and was debating between this community and another one thats brand new. So glad I chose this complex. This size for the price is like no other in town. They just got new ownership and they are making big changes to the property. Ashley in the office did a great tour and sold me on the place.
