January 5, 2017I absolutely love living at Willowglen Apartments. I have been here for almost six years now and have no big issues. It is so quiet and peaceful. I have never had a problem with bugs or spiders. I mean you will get the occasional bug or spider but come on, we live near the woods! The staff here is just fabulous! Mrs. Brooke at the front office is just a pleasure to talk to and whenever I call needing something fixed or go to the office to pay my rent, she is right on top of things. The ...maintenance staff is wonderful. They always stop to say hello or wave when on the grounds. This is not their only complex. They have two more in King George as well. Would be zero stars
August 19, 2015I lived there for a year. They don't fix anything be it broken windows, drywall, or streetlights. They don't even bother to fix broken windows in their own rental office. The buildings are infested with bugs, which means that even if you hire a pest company yourself they can't help because they live in the walls. Don't recommend!Review from Apartments.com
