Apartments have the old cast iron radiators, which pump plenty of heat in the cold winter, and the gas bill is covered by the building's management. With a small but more than sufficient laundry room in the basement, the building has enough features for anyone to be comfortable. The building is safe, with keyless code entry and various cameras both inside and out. There is a small park across the street which makes having a dog in the city that much easier. Lastly, parking is on either side of the street and I've never had an issue finding a spot. Great building and location in the heart of the Elm city.
