    For starters this place has an infestation problem with small rodents, birds and ROACHES. If you have a slight problem and concern, it simply will not be resolved. I left my lease early due to having roaches crawl over me while sleeping. Secondly this place will rob you for every penny you have. They overcharged me twice for rent and still have yet to refund me the $700 they owe. This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in and no college student should ever rent with them ...
    again. I PROMISE YOU I AM SAVING YOU THE HEADACHE.

    Terrible place to live. Very unorganized and utilities are a rip off. There is no free WiFi since they do not supply a router so it is free internet not WiFi. When I moved in the apartment was still under construction and was not finished for a week so I lived in dust and filth for the first week or so. And after all that I had to clean up after the construction people. Terrrrrible service and they will try to get as much money from you as possible without doing anything to help you. Would give ...

      Hello Jay D, Thanks for your review, I am sorry you were unhappy ,we took over this property as a foreclosure and we were in the middle of remodeling every apartment, you decided to move in earlier than scheduled, we allowed you to move i, which we should of waited but you were rushing to get in. (YOU & YOUR MOTHER WERE AWARE OF ROOM NOT READY) we did get it ready, vendor did not come to install flooring when scheduled and we do apologize for that ,but we did get it all done for you, and we did send someone to clean your room. The utilities were 3 months behind when you moved in, due to the take over, we do only bill monthly and you paid less than $50, through Penelec/Conservice 3rd party, you had an awesome deal you paid $299 and if maybe $50 for utilities not much right!? I know you are upset you had to pay at move out for your final bill from March to May, due to delayed billing at move in. You did not receive a bill until March 2019 and you moved in January 2019. We can not ...
      make those bills disappear, and I know you wanted me to remove the fees and I do not have the ability to do that, your rent was $299.00 a month, the highest utility bill was the final bill you received which was for 3 months for $184.00. We do have free internet and it works great !! Now if you could not buy a router from Walmart online for $15.00 I would of gladly helped you out. You never came to me and I had no Idea you were only using wired connection, due to not having a router or a way to purchase it. Please do not use the final bill against us, the 3 months you did owe and did not pay for 3 months when moved in. Please be fair, sometimes in life you might not like certain things, do not try to hurt others because of that, If you owe you owe and 3 month at $60 is not bad for snow days during that period.   • Management is terrible

    The management is horrendous. They do very little to help their residents with problems. Most of the time if an issue occurs they tell the tenants to figure it out themselves. They refuse to give any contact information for the landlord. I lost the ability to connect to their "provided" internet and they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help. I will never live at these apartments again and I suggest anyone reading this stays away from any leases with Creekside.

      I apologize that you had such a bad experience! We are a new management, Creekside was bought out 6/1/18 and our management gives 100 %. We have started taken out the washers and dryers you had to pay in your apartment for, and were in the process of installing washer and dryers for free of cost. Our rent per room is only $299.00 instead of the enormous amounts that they were charging. We have 24 hour maintenance on staff for any apartment issues you have. We will help in anything that needs to be done. Give us try !
