If you want a steakhouse experience that's above anything else you've tried before, take a trip down and have the meal of a lifetime. From the beginning, you'll know your on to something special here. Black sesame honey rubbed wild salmon, crispy calamari and rock shrimp fry, grilled barbecue jumbo gulf shrimp, castroville baby artichokes and Canadian Malpecque oysters await you as you sit down to start your meal, and once they reach your tongue you'll be bursting with joy, but if you think that's something, just wait until you've tried the main course. The main draw here is their delectable steaks, made from one hundred percent authentic certified Angus beef, which is considered some of the bests in the world. They're cooked to order, to tender perfection, in any number of cuts, from the New York strip, to the Kansas City strip steak, to the filet mignon, to the large porterhouse, and you can them topped with your choice of Parmesan, pistachio-cumin, or Pt. Reyes bleu cheese crusts, or honey tellicherry pepper bacon. There are also a large number of seafood options for those not quite in the mood for beef, as well as chicken, lamb, duck and short rib options, or even ravioli and risotto for those wanting something completely different.
