Cook an unforgettable dinner with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen, which also shares the beautiful view of the patio and pool. At the end of the day, enjoy your favorite shows on Apple TV on the three large TVs. Pets are welcome with a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation and pick up any waste, particularly from the backyard. An additional nightly rate applies for 7+ guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage or driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 fee per pet, added to the reservation’s nightly rate. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them.
