Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and you will be fined $500 if you violate this policy. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. There is a $75 cleaning fee for any pets.
