**Update: Looking for a third student to rent a separate bedroom. There are currently two wonderful students living here and attending Cal State San Marcos. The guys are very friendly, polite, considerate, and just overall awesome individuals that anyone could want for housemates. ** This house is on an incredible large private lot that is fully fenced with an electric gate. There are 3 bedrooms (Master has walk-in closet and double vanity master bath with separate large bath tub and walk in shower) with a great view (with lots of windows and skylights throughout), 2 baths, and separate laundry room with built-in cabinets and new large Samsung washer and dryer. Also has brand new 3 ton Rheem Energy Efficient central AC/heating with Nest Smart thermostat and Rheem water heater. Kitchen cabinet was also recently renovated. A new solar system is installed so your electricity cost will be much lower. The house is about 1200 sq ft, and the detached garage is about 450+ sq ft. Garage can easily fit 2 large SUVs, has new window, and completely wired with electricity (can be great as a workshop). The front of the garage can also easily park 2 large cars. Overall lot for this house is at least 8,000 sq. ft. This home is handicapped friendly. It has a beautiful covered front porch, as well as a large back patio with built-in BBQ for entertaining. There is a detached 2 car garage with automatic garage opener + electric car charger.
