For those planning a wedding or event, an extra charge applies for gatherings outside of those staying in the home. The pavilion can be fully used for events with an additional fee. Bringing a pet is welcome with an $85 fee for up to 2 pets. Optional heating of the mini pool is available for $20 per night if requested before arrival.
