The dining table doubles as a workstation, and the entire condo is connected to high-speed internet. Enjoy entertainment on the 55” LCD smart TV, and take advantage of the in-suite laundry machines. Building amenities include an indoor hot tub, a large outdoor pool, and a fitness facility with a Peloton bike room, weights, and treadmills. Situated in the trendy Entertainment District, the apartment is within walking distance of major downtown attractions, Toronto’s finest restaurants, coffee shops, and art galleries. The temperature is centralized within the building, set to heating from November to March and cooling around April.
