Great location but subpar in terms of prices/product. Constant noise and maintenance that doesn't actually seem to improve the property. Pet waste in public areas and maintenance requests aren't filled particularly quickly.

I love living here ESPECIALLY the leasing office staff are AMAZING I really appreciate how they will literally go ABOVE & BEYOND to help & make sure we as residents are satisfied. Rate a 3 out of 5. The Smell in the hallways is awful due to trash placed outside in hallways after hours and on weekends. This can cause bug problems,etc. I have a Neighbor very disrespectfu not considerate of others Neigbor is up after 10pm- 1am throughout weekdays by constantly walking/stomping heavily, moving or dragging furniture, dropping heavy items, etc. This has constantly been going on for quite sometime now. However, the staff in the office and maintenance is great. I appreciate all ...
