Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a violation incurring a $500 fine. Only registered guests are permitted during your rental period, and any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund. The hot tub technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. For security, there are two cameras installed: one at the front door overlooking the yard and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7, with no cameras inside the house. The landscaper visits once a week, and pest control service is conducted at least once a month.
