Beautifully furnished and very generously appointed home in the beautiful and coveted "Dels" neighborhood of McCormick Ranch neighborhood, right in the heart of Scottsdale. This home is available for one-month (minimum) leases at individual monthly rates or flexible long-term leases. Please inquire for custom quotes. **PLEASE NOTE** this home is presently receiving some very nice improvements, a lot of new furniture and rugs and a beautiful redecorating plan as follows:
1. All new RH Living Room furniture and rug.
2. All new RH TV den furniture (queen sleeper) and a new rug.
3. Many rugs being replaced throughout.
4. Many kitchen items being replaced.
5. All new engineered hardwood flooring being installed throughout the main living spaces, kitchen, dining, hallways. Bedroom floors were new in 2021.
Please note that the long-term rate of $19,500/month (plus utils) applies to flexible leases beginning in December of 2024 and ending any time between October and December, 2025. Longer leases that extend into the following peak season of early 2026 will be offered at a slight premium. Utilities are included in shorter-term leases of several months (propane to heat the pool is extra) but are additional at the advertised long-term rate advertised. Lawn and garden and pool maintenance is always managed and paid for by the owner.
This home is also available with one-month+ minimum leases, with rates ranging from $19,775/mo (summer) to $34,775 for the peak season months (fully inclusive of all utils, except propane for the pool). Longer leases preferred. Please inquire.
