The six-seat dining room’s historic built-ins add charm and storage,but the turquoise counters beyond draw you right into the fully renovated kitchen. New stainless appliances will have you cooking up a storm,but the adjacent laundry room/pantry can handle any mess you throw at it. Nice weather can be enjoyed from either the shady front porch or the sunny back deck,but you’ll have a hard time staying at home from this amazing location. Just a block away from the area's finest restaurants and shops, and two blocks from Freedom Park Trail and the BeltLine, this location offers easy access to Atlanta's largest outdoor farmers market and beautiful green spaces. The Inman Park/Reynoldstown MARTA Station provides convenient public transportation options. Parties are strictly prohibited, with violators facing eviction and a $1000 fine. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and indoor smoking incurs a $1500 fine plus remediation costs. Check-in is available 24/7 via custom-coded keypad locks, and late check-out fees apply. Only registered guests are allowed, with fines for undisclosed guests. The property includes fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV, ensuring a comfortable remote work-friendly environment. A laptop computer is not included.
