This home features a king-size bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Enjoy the screened porch, large fenced yard, and laundry room. Stay connected with ultra-fast WiFi and entertained with the smart TV. The Ring security system ensures peace of mind during your stay. Dogs are allowed with a fee of $250 for the first dog and $100 for the second. Pet damages are the guest's responsibility. There is an extra $5 per night fee for charging electric vehicles using the home's electricity. A hot tub is available for use with an additional fee of $200. Leafy Grant Park is a residential district known for its lovely Victorian mansions and hundred-year-old craftsman bungalows. Its namesake park is laced with walking trails and home to Zoo Atlanta, while the north end of the neighborhood boasts historic Oakland Cemetery. Bordering the Atlanta BeltLine hike and bike trail, there are no shortage of attractions to enjoy strolling to, from the weekly farmers market to great breweries and restaurants. The nearest MARTA Station is King Memorial, and you can download the MARTA On the Go app to see bus and train schedules. You can access your space 24/7 via our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. All properties have Ring video doorbell cameras for your security. Parties are strictly prohibited, and violators face eviction, a $1000 fine, and additional fees. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM, and failure to comply may result in a fine of one night's rent. Indoor smoking is fined $1500 plus ozone remediation cost, and lost revenue may apply. Late check-out incurs fees and potential eviction. Unauthorized guests are not allowed, and fines apply for undisclosed guests. Linen damage incurs fees, and excessive cleaning is billed at $125 per hour.
