Village at Indigo Lake offers studio and one bedroom boutique style apartment homes for rent in Daytona Beach. The rent includes ELECTRIC/WATER/WASTE/PEST CONTROL. Each one bedroom unit has a screened patio/balcony, ceiling fans, large range & stove, microwave & dishwasher, large refrigerator and washer/dryer. Studio apartments do not include a stove or washer/dryer. We are minutes from I-95, I-4, hospitals, beaches, and Daytona International Speedway. Pets 25 lbs. and under allowed in unfurnished units only (subject to availability) with $300 non-refundable pet fee, $25/mo. pet rent per pet (up to 2 pets). Breed restrictions do apply.
