September 23, 2022Maintenance has always been on top of things. The remodeling is underway and going great. Yes there is noice but construction will always make noice, it is called growing pains. In order to make the complex stand out and be the best in the community, it takes time. If your not happy I doubt you will be any where. January 29, 2021If anything breaks nothing. If it does it's a lot later than you think. When maintenance is working they will make a lot of noise outside or inside. They always let you know when rent is coming up but never when something is getting done.Review from Apartments.com
Moving out!!!
February 18, 2018Been here for over a year. Never once late on rent . None lof the dish washer here work. We've been without hot water for 4 days and all they can tell us is that they are waiting on a part. The same owner had until recently an apartment complex across the street that the city of Tulsa dwelled unlivable and everyone had to move within 48 hours. The city council was here in our parking lot. You can see it on the local news channels. Main thing I'm stressing now is, we have been out of hot water for ...4 days. My family can't shower in freezing cold water.Always something here. Time to call the mayor hotline if it isn't fixed immediately!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
