Autumn Place Apartments
April 9, 2021I have been a resident of Autumn Place Apartments for over 9 years. Despite the leadership changes over the years, I have received great service from the office staff as well as the Maintenance crew. The new manager, Marcella, takes pride in working with and for the tenants. The complex has an extremely low crime rate, the apartments are affordable and her staff is always available to help and care for the tenants needs. The Maintenance crew is professional and completes the service orders with a ...sense of urgency. By conducting periodic inspections, the staff has additional information to increase the standard of living for all of the tenants. I highly recommend Autumn Place Apartments. Because of the staff’s dedication to their jobs, I have no desire to reside at any other location.Property Manager Responded

Poor management and black mold
April 28, 2020This is a terrible place to live they have black mold and don’t care to much for there tenants even if they are good tenants. The police patrol is nice here but this place sucks.Property Manager Responded

April 6, 2020I have lived here for three years. I have lived in a one bedroom , And now live in a two bed room. I love it here! I have never had an issue that wasn't resolved, and I have never had any issues with mold, (I do clean my apartment). I have several of friends in my building, none of them have complained about mold. The women in the office are great, they do their jobs well and they put up with a lot I've seen it first hand, I've even had Neighbors from my old building turn on the office once ...they fell behind on rent, as if the women in the office were at fault, THEY DON'T OWN THE PLACE!! Hope people Read this review,and remember, angry people take nasty reviews and tell only one side forgetting to take accountability for thier actionsProperty Manager Responded

June 26, 2018I lived here for two years until recently moving out to a home. Autumn place was a wonderful place to live and never did I have any issues with my apartment that were not handled. The manager was even understanding and worked with me when I fell behind a bit on rent. The property is kept clean and all the staff is friendly. Terrible
August 11, 2017I live here currently and cannot wait to move!!! I originally lived in a two bedroom on the top floor and honestly I didn't have much of a problem. But since I moved into my three bedroom there has been nothing but problems since I moved in, in March. There's black mold which they don't want to do anything about, my ceiling has a crack in it and leaks when it rains and I still have yet to have that problem solved. There are nice running through the apartment and they have been since we moved in ...and they can't seem to take care of that. I find it very hard to get andything done that needs to be done. We complained relentlessly about the mold and the landlord got sick of hearing about it and threatened to evict us. I seriously can't take much more. I would suggest looking elsewhere for somewhere to live. It honestly is not worth the hassle of living here.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

September 23, 2016I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE TO ANYONE! My husband and I lived here for 3.5 years. It was relatively decent when we had a one bedroom on the top floor. And then we moved into a 2 bedroom when we had a child and were on the bottom floor of a different building and they replaced some good staff with completely incompetent staff. We had problems from day one in the 2br. Plumbing problems. We had a "pool" for over 2 months on our hallway that they couldn't figure out, the garbage disposal went ...out and never was able to be fixed, the first bathroom sink leaked and leaked over and over after being fixed and that toilet overflowed again and again til we just have up on using that bathroom (luckily there were two) As I said we lived there for 2.5 years before the 2br and we fell on hard times in the few months before out lease was up, we talked to the manager Lynn, and explained our situation and that we would have to pay July rent late. She *seemed* to understand. And then August came, still on hard times and mind we never heard a complaint or A SINGLE WORD about the late rent. Then all of a sudden we started getting threatening posts for eviction on our door and legal summons. Now the issue I have is that they never once talked to us. I sent a letter explaining we would rather set up a payment arrangement than go to court. It all seemed like a huge misunderstanding. (since we signed papers explaining we weren't going to renew the lease this time and still got evicted?) But we never heard anything from them. Just summons for a court date. And in the judgment they charged us more for rent per month than we actually were contractually obligated to pay. Double the late fees and then then trying to throw in some late fees from previous months. And there's no way to prove anything since they don't give rent reciepts and not all money orders have dates on them. The office staff can't keep anything straight. The manager is just a two-faced woman. However the maintenance staff is good at their job. Other complaints would be that they do not adhere to leash or dog feces pick up. So my son could NEVER play outside. Since no one likes to pick up after their dog or keep them on a leash. It was completely miserable the last year we were there when they replaced the office staff.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

Spacious
August 27, 2015The neighborhood is nice and up kept, location is right off the major highway so the commute is convenient. The bedroom apartments are spacious but lack natural sunlight a bit. The apartment has a nice private balcony and brand new windows.Reseña de Apartments.com
