Perfect Place
May 16, 2025I was a little nervous for apartment life outside of school but Butterfield towers has made the transition smooth! The place is very clean and taken care of daily. They truly care for their residents and show appreciation in many ways. My favorite memory is when they brought breakfast for residents in the party room. Great management team
May 13, 2025Any issue I had here has been responded to promptly. That's not common anywhere. The area is great. They accept even large dogs here. So, the price and size of the apartment was hard to beat. The neighbors that I chat up in the laundry room sometimes are also very friendly. Everyone is respectful of everyone else's laundry. My apartment was renovated before I moved in. So, the management is obviously interested in keeping tenants around.Review from Apartments.com
