Not so great
March 18, 2019If you want to live in an apartment that has air conditioning when it is hot outside this is not the place. The turn off the air conditioning, why when we pay our own electricity? Living in the desert you should be able to use air conditioning when you need it. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Its loud outside with kids yelling, adults yelling and pulling guns and making problems. But I can understand adults getting mad the heat will do it to you when there is no air conditioning. The kids throw rocks in ...the pool throw anything they can. No Space at all
October 5, 2017There are no words to describe how much you LOSE living in one of these studios, your bathroom is the size of the walk in closet..and thats the shower and toilet itself, your closet IS NOT WALK IN. You cannot Fit ANY Furniture in the SMALL space to live near the extremely less than limited kitchen. The Poor excuse of the kitchen.. its THE EXACT SAME SIZE OF THE CLOSET half of the entry to the bathroom. you have NO ROOM FOR ANYTHING. YOU ONLY GET 2 BURNERS!! ONLY TWO!! THERE.IS.NO.OVEN. A/C always going out
August 9, 2017Lived here for 6 months air conditioning has gone out 4 times with 100 temps ... UNACCEPTABLE. The management may or may not care but the owner's for sure could care less. I'm sure they will reply to this post with positive feedback. As if they are really concerned but it is all just a show. If you are reading this then just know that once you sign that lease agreement you are on your own. I would suggest investing in a few large? fans. The A/C is not the only problem with this place there's ...cat's and cat poop everywhere , bugs and bums roaming around. I can deal with all that but I can't function when my apartment is 109° for over 24hrs. This review was posted on 8/8/2017 not three years? ago.Property Manager Responded

WORST PLACE EVER
July 14, 2017If you like bugs, cat poop and the Air Conditioning going out once a week, then you have found your dream apartment. The staff could care less about you or your feedback. It's 105° right now and when I got home from work, I found a note taped to my door that the A/C is out of service until tomorrow or longer. I can get past the bad area and the even the cat poop (that's all over the ground). But I can not sit , eat or sleep with no A/C in the middle of summer. They do these things because most ...people that live here are low income. So they seem to feel that they can do whatever? they want and we just have to take it and accept it. Courtyard "Cat Litter box" at Encanto Apartments
May 21, 2017Yes I lived there. My goal was to be close to the college not far away. Make sure to read till the end, I want to describe the apartment complex. In my first few days living there the inside of the apartment looked nice, but the courtyard was just bland scenery and I noticed a foul smell just walking from the covered parking up to my front door. I realized the smell wasn't just at my door but all over the complex and the flies there are too bad. You don't even see flies until you open your front ...door and without fail, as soon as you start to walk inside, they will swarm. I was quick to notice that the complex is full stray cats. I watched my favorite cat urine in that dry dirt path that surrounds the complex.. That's when I realized the smell was urine that I had been smelling cat urine and poo everywhere. BUT THAT ISN'T THE WORST! I came home one day, after I had been renting for 3 months, and there were maggots crawling everywhere! The office manager said it was because my trash can doesn't have a lid, but I've lived everywhere with no lid same as everyone I know. I had enough, they wouldn't do anything about all the stray cats so there was poo everywhere and the flies where so bad because of it. A few days later I broke my lease and never looked back. There's nothing on my credit report. I don't know why i waited so long to leave those filthy apartments because that was the worst and most disgusting experience of my life. Yes I did complain several times about there was too much poo and no one was cleaning the complex, about the smell of filth around my door because cats use that pathway of dirt like a litter box, that there were too many stray cats and flies everywhere. The real apartment manager want do anything either. That was the worst experience of my life. Another experience, 4 maintenance/technician workers all came and knocked on my door to ask to do something one afternoon. I was asleep and I told them to come back later. They got angry "loud" and did a rampage on my front door banging kicking yelling at me that they needed to do be let in. Decent but could be better
September 23, 2015Apartment has had lots of turnover and the druggies and shady people are being evicted, but some still remain. Lots of garbage and general upkeep could be improved. Lots of homeless and transient people throughout the complex based on location and lack of security. Complex just needs some additional upgraded and it would be better. Never had any issues with management or maintenance, would just love to see some additional investment by owners to help secure the complex from homeless populationReseña de Apartments.com

August 1, 2015These are apartments are great for couples and single people if you have kids I don't think these apartments are for you. The space is very limited I have a son and we are extremely crowed with all our stuff. I love though that we have fast food restaurants super close we can just walk. I also love that each apartment complex has ts own pool ! we don't all share 1 pool so it doesn't get crowed. Its the same with the laundry room each complex has there own. The staff are very helpful and nice. I ...would love these apartments but honestly they are not for me I have a big family with anyone that has a lot of vistors or has a big family look else were. You will not be very happy. March 29, 2014Have lived here for 4 months. I got 6 months free rent for signing. I won a contest. Best place ever Great Staff always nice. Very helpful. Don't move here

November 16, 2013I came to live here in August 2013. My sinks leaked, the front door had a BIG Gap at the bottom of it, and my bathroom shower door leaks at the bottom leaving a HUGE puddle on the floor. I told management and maintenance on several different occasions to fix the problems they finally fixed front door in September. And so called fixed one of my leaks ( both still leaking ).In October i had some problems come up with management afterwards they tried to tell me that i was not allowed to have ...visitors or any one live with me and that i was not allowed to go see any of the friends i have made here they always stopped me and would ask if i had any one in my place so if you want a so called safe place to live where every one in in the middle of your business fill free to come live hereLeer MásReseña de Apartments.com
