Terrible Management - Need to get new management

Lies, Lies , Lies and bad attitude by management. I have never had a late payment or a rent dispute but management lied about sooo much on the front end and then pulled a bad faith action when I moved in. The reviews look great but walk the halls and talk to the people about their experience and you will hear another story.
Security is always a problem, broken garage entry , unlocked doors , people in the building who should not be there. I was told there was an onsite security guard during ...

Somebody was robbed by one of the employees a few years ago.
The elevators breakdown all the time. The common area equipment is not maintained. You will be shown a lot of cool amenities but they are broken and don't work.
They told me I was renting one apartment and then pulled a bait-and-switch on me and put me in another apartment in less demand, terrible view.
The management's idea of a social event is setting up something where a vendor comes in and tries to sell you items or services.
People show up at your door to do work on your apartment with little or no notice.
The fees: Forget about the rent. They are going to hit you with so many fees , the rent is just part of what you pay.
