landlord and he gave us mice traps and that was it. Now, the past week I have killed about 4 roaches!!!!!! I have a 5 year old daughter who woke up to brush her teeth and found one in the sink!!!!! I called the landlord today and he completely did not care about my complaints, it was like he was just trying to appease me to get me off the phone! He said an exterminator would be here sometimes today for my apartment and then on Tuesday for the whole building. I told him I want OUT and I want ALL of my security deposit in the process and he said he would give it all back (not sure if I believe him). I'm looking for a new place to live and I came across this website showing for Horseplain Rd and I felt I needed to share my experience because I would never wish this on anyone!!! The layout of the apartment is beautiful on the inside but don't let that fool you!!!! I wish the person below my comment wrote sooner before we made the mistake of moving in this place. It seems quiet during the day but at night people are out smoking weed and blasting there music, we have a woman who lives downstairs who will stand on the stairs and yell curse words at me and my child for no reason. I warn everyone: do not live here!!!! Unless you don't mind mice, roaches, loud music, and disruptive neighbors living around you. I can not wait to get out of here!!!! This has been the longest 4 months of my life!!!!
