encountered with the home owners' association at Lake Estates. It has been the most unorganized, manipulative, and irritating experience I have ever had with a home owners' association or leasing office. I have made countless requests that have been ignored, one of which being the moving of dumpsters that were placed in my one assigned parking spot!! Here's a brief description on how I was treated by the HOA-The dumpsters were moved to allow the road to be paved, and were moved to cover up my parking spot. I immediately called to ask for them to be moved, and was told they would take care of it the next day. When a couple of days went by without any action, I called the office again, and they told me they would call me back with more information. No call back for a few hours; I call back, and my calls remained ignored for the next two days. When I finally got a hold of someone, they told me to park in an unmarked spot in the parking lot. I do so only to find my car the next day with caution tape and cones encompassing it in the spot they told me to park. I call again, no reply for another day. I call the next day, they tell me they will call me back with a new assigned spot. At this point, it may come to no surprise that I never received a call back. That day, I had to park my car over half a mile away on a street and walk to my place because there was no where else to park. Infuriated, I call back, and they tell me they are discussing the issue with the property manager, and will call me back-no call back. I would love to tell you how this situation ends, however, it has yet to be resolved. This is 1 example of the multiple situations I have put up with at Lake Estates, and would gladly explain more if asked. It is extremely disappointing to put your money towards an organization that has no respect for the people it is representing. Not happy with Lake Estates-will not be returning as a tenant, and certainly will not be considering purchasing a condo on this property.
