Welcome to the unattended garbage dump!!
August 21, 2023No one bothers putting trash IN THE DUMPSTER just throw it outside for the Cats, rats and coons to rip up all night. People move into apartments without Mmgt knowing. Maintenance is non-existent. Nice pics of the pool, but hast been OPENED IN OVER SIX YEARS, but “it’ll be open next year!!” Says you get 2 parking spots…GOOD LUCK!! Not even enough parking spots for every apt to have ONE!! IVE HAD TO PARK DOWN THE STREET BEFORE! Halls smell like weed and cat pee. People do what they want with no ...consequence. Absentee mgmt who collects the rent and does absolutely nothing. Laundry NEVER WORKS! Overpriced for what they offer, which is essentially nothing! Go somewhere else and live. Terrible place
May 10, 2023Do not rent here. It is one of the worst places I have ever lived. Management doesn’t know what they are doing and they do not communicate with residents. My water was turned off multiple times without them telling me why, even when I asked. It doesn’t matter if anything is an emergency, they will respond on Monday and not fix anything for a while. Maintenance is a joke. They don’t complete what they are doing and then they say they will be back and never come back. They advertise that there’s a ...pool but it’s never been open. The rent is outrageous for what you get and the location. The hallways stink and I’ve never seen a cleaner. They are all talk and do not do anything they say they do. They are not compassionate and only care about money. I’m not sure if this is because 5 west group took over, but they need some serious help. If you don’t want to be miserable, don’t rent here.Property Manager Responded

Just don’t.
March 30, 2023I have been living here for 3 and a half years and tomorrow, I will finally be free. This was my first apartment and it almost ruined me. Sewage back ups more than anything. If anything happens over the weekend no matter how big of an emergency is, they won’t get back to you till monday. I had to pay for a hotel out of my pocket due to extremely harmful sewage fumes and was never reimbursed. The sewage water leaked into my daughters room and hallway. I was on my hands and knees cleaning it up as ...they didn’t send any type of cleaning company. The floor is sinking in where the water was sitting for days. They. Don’t. Care. The management has changed 4 times since I’ve lived here. I have been paying rent to live next to a pool that has never been open. The apartments are dirty. Hallway lights are out, washer has been broken and full of water for a month. The people here make you feel like a burden for expecting them to do your job. Just don’t. Please. This is my experience
September 21, 2022Absolutely not anywhere nearest the best experience after 7 years living here. Volunteer cleaned for the whole time. People will throw trash at you from there car if you try. If you have a maintenence issue it will be your fault. They will not fix it and they take over 6 months to do anything after they blow you off a couple times. Tons of problems with pipes and sewage mold and leaks. Place is full of drama. There's always trash there. People are loud and party at night. Bugs happen all the ...time, they will pretend to be your friend and as soon as you think your not going to have any problems they will ignore you. THE POOL they will say it will be open next year next year next year. They lie. Parking is almost impossible at night. A very nice apartment in Canton OH
September 29, 2015Legends Pointe is a very nice apartment in Canton OH. Its near to downtown Canton as well as the Belden Village Mall and Airport. I lived here with my family for more than a year and we had a nice time there. Kids liked the pool. Its a good community for family. The housekeeping, maintenance and office staff are helpful and friendly. There are security cameras installed to cover the entire parking space.
