May 4, 2018They don't open up early enough for pple who get up early with jobs but have a problem. They never fix anything. Their parking rules will have u towed without warning. They Always have a problem with having no hot water. Laundry rooms always have spiders above your heads, and few of the washers work. November 30, 2017I'm blessed have roof over my head my apartment I love it's better then where I used to live. We got to be patient with Mrs Tina she is trying her best to do what she can. When I talk to her about whatever going on in my apartment she take care of the problem. But I really don't have a problem because I'm blessed to have good apartment. June 29, 2017I CAN say this... I have been a resident for a long time and as a result they work with me....but aside from that....NO MA'AM. I have been here for almost 8 years and am paying 300 more than I was initially for the same raggedy apartment. The tile was coming up when I moved in it, with office carpet!!! I had to pay $200 to replace it and when they did it was two different colors! I asked them to replace the tile and they tried to charge $200 again so I did it my self for less than $50. They don't ...fix anything!!! We went without hot water over a month one time . U go to take a bath sometimes, and the water is either brown, or just cold smh. This is by far the worst management, especially since the new chick is up there, like she need to find another profession because she is not good at her jobLeer MásReseña de Apartments.com

February 17, 2017The office won't come fix anything!!! The hot water doesn't work in the shower the garbage disposed doesn't work. The floor is coming up in the kitchen. The office manger on care about getting money and charge you for everything!!!! Save yourself and don't rent from these apartments!!!!Reseña de Apartments.com

Oak Ridge Apartments Moving there will be the biggest mistake of your life!
August 13, 2015Oak ridge apartments are not even fit for the for the bed bugs and roaches that live there! That's right, they are bed bug infested! Not just just 1 apartment... Multiple entire units, making the entire complex infested since they travel thru walls and electrical sockets. Not to mention every time someone vacates for the problem, they throw the infested furniture by the dumpsters spreading the infestation! They are also roach infested! Not just a minor, average roach problem. Infested! They also ...are constantly without hot water. I'm talking weeks and months at a time. And that's when the water even runs at all! And when it does there's constantly sewer backed up and running through the grass and sidewalks full of human waste. But no matter how many problems you pay full rent! Maintenance never fixes anything every now and then you can talk them into giving you whatever part you need to " fix it" yourself. And if by god, they do fix something, its not fixed, its rigged. They can't hold up there end of the bargain at all, but they will fine you $50 for everything! Including accidentally walking on the grass! Cops are constantly there, and not for good reasons. Always drugs, prostitution, violence,etc.... The only reason they get business is because they except felonies. And some people have no choice. But felonies or not, there is always a choice!
