DONNNTTTT MOVE HERE!!!
September 27, 2017They will tell you they are sending you something in the email to renew your lease and NOT. Instead they'll just charge you month to month because its more money for them. They are always charging fees, towing their residence cars right after you paid most of your money to them for rent. They do this by switching up the passes and not making sure everyone that LIVES here gets one. They lie to people all the time. They never fix work orders, they just close them out and you're just waiting for ...them to come fix whatever. There's no way you'd know they closed it. They are holding us saying if we move we'll get charged with a broken lease (on month to month dont forget) because they lost our 30 days notice.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

August 9, 2017If you do decide to move in the email to the corporate office is info@mbpcapital.com. Not that they will answer. The number is 303-536-1300 good luck on a response there too. I've lived in many complexes and this was by far the worst. The staff changed every few months from the time I moved in to when I left. The rudest people stayed the longest. It looks nice until you have time to actually look at it and realize everything is very cheap. It looks nice but, breaks easily. Three months before I ...moved out my place was infested with bed bugs. Without any type of investigating they attempted to charge me, as I was the only one to complain. The neighbors below me were kicked out for selling drugs, and soon after it was broken into by a young teenage gang that literally tore holes in the walls so badly it almost caved. They broke the pipes and the floor was soaked in water and the complex didn't bother to fix any of it for months. The apartments are loud the residence don't care about quite hours. If you have any issues that need to go above the front office forget about it no one ever answers the phone, and maybe JUST MAYBE you will get a email.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

April 20, 2017Absolutely worst apartments I have ever lived in. They office management changes 2-3 weeks, they change the parking sticker often and cars are towed because of that. The office staff has no solutions to your problems they always say they have to contact corporate. Corporate never answers when you call them or email them, I have tried multiple times about different issues. They have no good customer service at all. I had roaches for months with them doing nothing about it, I had to come up with my ...own solutions. Worst apartment ever !
June 20, 2016I moved into these apartments in January. We had to fill out a paper stating what we found wrong in the apartment and it would be fixed with thin 30 days. Nothing has been fixed at all wall outlets don’t work in half of the apartment, the ceiling fans do not work with the light switched ,the bath tub you can’t turn off the water at all something is wrong with the faucets, the cabinets underneath are falling apart, there is paper stuck to the paint in the bathroom, the toilet is coming up from the ...floor and other small things. Since I have been there I have been locked out of my apartment due to pest control, a/c freezes up and popped fuse, water turned off twice and not even been told or even given a heads up, water coming from ceiling due to maintenance men leaving water running for two days straight which I am still waiting to get the ceiling fixed since last month and a refund on my water bill. I have called leaving messages for a manger to call me back and still to this day no one has. I Have had to leave my apartment due to paint fumes so strong I was ill. Yet I am supposed pay my rent on time and water on time . Tell me would you live in a place like this ? On top of everything else now I don’t have hot water in the bathroom but I do in the kitchen. Took my money
March 15, 2016So I'm a mom with three kids. I went in there to fill out my application the fee was 90.00 for two adults. Which I fine every place charges for that. So she tells me I need the deposit of 200. I bring it to her on my lunch break. Then calls and tells me I need 50.00 more dollars. So I do it. She was acting like I was getting it. She calls me the next day and says I was not approved. So when do I get my 200.00 back? Thirty days. Really I feel like they just stole my money. I can't afford to just ...give people money. Worst apartment ever
November 5, 2015Do not rent here. They will sell you on all the "new appliances and flooring". There are light fixtures installed directly behind a door and cabinet that don't allow them to open. The ceiling fan/light in the 2 smaller bedrooms do not work with the light switch at all. This is bad planning especially when children usually occupy those rooms. The cheap "hard wood" linoleum was just laid down on uneven concrete. The noise from the people walking around upstairs is bad enough but the kids loitering ...outside my apartment at night and leaving cigar fillings and packages and trash all over the walkway are really too much. How much is it to hire a security guard really? The kitchen and bathrooms are missing baseboards altogether. Those are just some of the things wrong with this apartment, that doesn't include all the "customer service" you get from the office staff if they answer the phone.
