3 years wasted
July 31, 20253 years of mold toxicity and a manager who doesn’t care about it. Roaches, bugs, fights, drugs and whatever else you can imagine in these super cheap and poorly built places. Don’t apply here, save your time and money.Review from Apartments.com

Don’t bother wasting your time
January 3, 2019Back in October my daughter and I came by to check out the apartments here. We had really liked all the pictures online. We were about 20 minutes early to our appointment, so we decided to just wait in the car on the street. These 20 minutes is what changed our minds on this place. As we were waiting we noticed a couple of people walking around with shopping carts filled with clothes. Which seemed like they were homeless. But then we saw more of them. They were really all over the place. We saw ...them lounging on the grass (a man was on top of a woman) and even saw some coming in and out of the apartment complex. They didn’t look like they were residents. Finally it was time to go in and as we approached the front gate we saw some syringes on the floor with some other drug paraphernalia. I saw a tenant come out and asked if it was normal to see all the homeless people and the man had told me it was normal and they freely come in and out. That’s when I decided we were not going to look any further. The prices they’re demanding and what you’re getting. It is not worth it. Luxury homes this is not.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The ONLY one I have seen.... That I ACTAULLY LIKED ALL AROUND
June 16, 2017I have been looking for a place for a couple of months now. The house that I am renting is selling. Luckily I had time to look for a place. I wanted to stay in the San Gabriel Valley area because of work. I didn't want to go past Duarte or past Pomona, since traffic is ridic! I looked everywhere from Pomona-Monrovia and every where in between Azusa, West Covina, El Monte, Baldwin Park, Covina-everywhere. Every place I have seen was either way bad or very overpriced. The prices these days? Hello, ...mortgage payment for a rental. but obviously no way around the price since its everywhere I looked. BUT THIS PLACE-completely different. At first I was attracted to the photos-like everywhere else I looked :(-So I was skeptical if the pictures were true to the place-to my surprise it was.I didn't make an appointment because I didn't want yet another place ringing up my phone endlessly-The girl that manages the place introduced herself, after stating I was looking around. She asked if I had an appointment..of course I said no-she responded with no worries-she had asked so she can pull up my info. She offered me a drink-first place that actually has done that..and we went straight into business-a lot of questions on her part-which was different from the other places I toured-She made me feel as if she actually cared to know what I was looking for, when I needed to move, what places I seen that I liked and disliked and why. I must of made a funny face because she smiled and explained that-where I pick is going to be my home and she wanted to know the things I liked and disliked at other communities so she can speak to those items about her community and what they offer and not offer. At this point I already liked the place based on her down to earth, yet professional demeanor-every where else seemed bothered, sloppy, or didn't care whether I moved in or not. Anyways there was no apartment to show everything was in renovation-HUGE DISSAPPOINTMENT! we walked the place and she explained the renovations and upgrades which is what is in the office.place is super bright, modern and new-yet small, cozy and super quiet-I went on a Saturday and I only saw like one person-that lived there-the BBQ's and Firepit were really cool-its like a brand new park - but without the park people and parties lol-overall this place was the best I looked at- other places were higher or same in price without frige and so 1970's-80's-I am happy to say I move in July 1st-I already love the placeRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
The Best in the area!
June 4, 2017No words can express how lucky I am to have found this place! It is a hidden gem... and is in the perfect location for me. Starbucks across the street right before I go to class at APU.. I would genuinely recommend this place to everyone. It is such a breath of fresh air walking into this place! After the horrid apartment search hunting and viewing other places whith furniture still in it from the past resident. I was just about to give up, Yanika was great super genuine and honest, another ...breath of fresh air after feeling like just another sale to everywhere else I looked. The entire application process was so easy-- and she was so great about answering all my questions IN DETAIL!..Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Prior Tenant
March 9, 2017All the renovations in the world cannot hide the level of this place. Yes, it looks nice, but it's all cheap materials. By the time we moved out, the paint was peeling off the walls and everything was breaking (which you are going to have to pay for upon move out). There are roaches. The manager will try to tell you that they are just "water bugs", but no, they are roaches and they are EVERYWHERE. At one point of time, anytime one of us went into the kitchen we would kill at least 5 at once. The ...manager is rude and passive aggressive at times. The turnover for the property maintenance man was often, and the neighbors are loud at night and there is no one on the property to monitor them. Cars get broken into, and there were fights on the streets directly in front of the apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Potential Client
June 14, 2016This place! I wouldn't dare live here. First off, Its so confusing trying to find an office or someone on staff. Second, after finding the office, I sat with the manager, she didn't look business casual at all, the desk was a complete mess, and she is so rude. I was asking her questions about some concerns and she would cut me off before I could complete the question. When explaining things that was not of my best understanding she would raise her voice and blink/roll her eyes as if I was getting ...on her nerves. At that point, I was just turned off. Bad vibes, unprofessional. NO GO!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
