Absolutely wonderful living experience. Best apartment I have lived in down here. Everyone in the office is so nice and the whole place is kept so clean and neat from the grass to the pools and the mailbox area. I would 12/10 recommend to anyone especially first time apartment renters as the process was so easy and they walked you through every step. 24 hour, 7 days a week maintenance on call whenever an emergency happens. And when you need anything fixed or replaced in your apartment, they are right there for you. The office staff strives to work with you whenever you need them. Nothing compares to the people who work here. I moved to Palmetto Pointe in September of '22 and have fallen in love with where I live! I always feel like I am on vacation in a tropical resort. The entire staff is very friendly and responsive! I was in search of an apartment at the time of my divorce, so I needed a place to stay for the year. I filled out the application to get an apartment through here. Well of course my credit score wasn't that great at the time. But still could've made an exception. Anyways, they charged me a $125 application fee. Took my money and basically said have a nice day. I did however got an apartment right away somewhere else luckily. But do not go here for any reason whatsoever.

The leasing office staff is the worst. They’re rude and lie like it’s their job. They let someone in my apartment without notifying me first. (Not maintenance) If I didn’t have a video camera in my apartment I would have never known. Parking was such a hassle. As a young woman I did not feel safe at night, I received a letter in between my door from the police letting me know that someone was breaking into cars and apartments. Absolutely, the worst experience I have ever experienced. Me and my roommate had FLEAS the day we moved in. They tried blaming us but luckily we were smart enough to take pictures the day we moved in- to show proof of the exact day and once we told them that, they got scared. They tried to do everything they could to make us stay. They did give us half off rent for month and we demanded our carpet cleaned three times. Length of time for the fleas to go away- was around two months. BE AWARE that ...
the apartments are extremely old. We had our refrigerator break and the maintenance man told us our refrigerator was over 20 years old. The appliances need to be up to date. We had cracks on our kitchen counter tops. Also the paint sucks on the walls and the doors. My bathroom door had HAIR all over the bathroom door and my bathroom walls- whoever painted it before I moved in, honestly just painted through the hair. Every time I was in my bathroom I felt gross. I felt the leasing agent was very rude and intimidating. I can say Kirby was extremely helpful.

Amazing location so close to everything especially the market common! The amenities are a great plus and so well kept. To top it off the staff is so kind, welcoming and easy to talk to!!
