ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!!
December 29, 2021I have been living here for several months and this is one of the worst apartments in Montgomery. The ladies that work in the office are very lazy they don’t answer calls or help you when need. Maintenance does not come I have 4 work orders in since July and no one has came to fix anything. The pool and gym were supposed to be open in the summer but it is December and neither are open. There is a very bad roach problem. They say exterminators are included in rent but None have came even when I’ve ...called about it several times. They shut off the water always every single day. The doors on the front of the buildings don’t close so the hallways are very dirty and filled with dead and alive bugs. When I first moved here there wasn’t a light in the hallway and I put a work order in and no one came to fix it so I had to myself. The Good DOES NOT Outweigh The Bad
July 9, 2017Good: The apartment size is great for price. (I have 2bed/2bath) Bad: maintenence & management sucks. I have been here for almost two years and eveytime I go in the office they have raised the rent and changed the name. They call themselves redoing the road, but there are big pot holes by the first and second speed bump. Everything in my apartment is spray painted and barely hanging on. The walls are paper thin. I hear everything in my downstairs and both of my next door neighbors home. If there ...is a problem in the apartment you have to basically harass the staff daily and threaten lawsuits before they come to fix anything. There is a $200 late fee for any late payments, which I feel is crazy for where and what we are living in. "Renovated" apartments have just as many problems as any of the non-renovated. My laundry room door fell off in May and it is now October and it just got put up a week ago. My light in my master bath was flickering so bad I saw it sparking from the light switch.
